The Journey So Far

After several years in corporate HR roles, I faced an unexpected layoff due to restructuring. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I embraced it as an opportunity to make a real impact. Fueled by my passion for human resources and a desire to help businesses thrive, I launched my freelance HR consulting practice. My journey from corporate HR to entrepreneurship has strengthened my commitment to providing small businesses and startups with the expert HR support they need to grow and succeed. Outside of work, I’m an avid dog lover; on weekends, you can usually find me exploring hiking trails with my fur babies.
